As long as you comply with the Terms, UeventPro grants you a personal, non- transferable, limited license, subject to restrictions, for purpose of offering your service as event venues, vendors and professionals (the “Vendors”) or searching suitable services as event hosts (the “Customers”) on the Website.

Content

Other than personal information, logos, trademarks, tradenames, and other intangible property rights owned by you and provided to UeventPro, all text, graphics, photographs, interfaces, sounds, music, artwork and computer code , including but not limited to the design, structure, coordination, expression contained on the Website is owned by or licensed to ueventpro.com LTD. (collectively referred to as the “Content”), and is protected by applicable federal, provincial, and municipal legislations, regulation, and bylaws.

Any information provided by you must not be infringing on any third party’s intellectual property rights. UeventPro reserves the right to remove any of your information from the Website, at any time and for any reason, without acquiring your consent or sending a notice.

Restrictions

Except as expressly provided in the Terms or granted by UeventPro’s prior written

• Republish, translate, display or distribute any Content, even if not for commercial purposes, without prior written consent from UeventPro;
• Use the Content and the Website in any way that is, or may be, damaging to UeventPro;

• Use the Website for illegal purposes that contrary to applicable legislation, regulations, and bylaws;
• Engage in any data mining, harvesting, extracting or any other similar activity while using the Website;
• Solicit the Vendors and the Customers for their business with UeventPro; or

UeventPro makes no express or implied representations or warranties, including any warranties of accuracy, non-infringement, and fitness for any Content on this Website. The Website and its Content are provided on an “as-is” and “as available” basis. You assume total responsibility for your use of the Website. UeventPro disclaims any and all damages, liability, or injuries for the performance, error, omission of your use of the Website.

It is your responsibility to conduct due diligence when offering or retaining services through the Website. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Website or any Content is to stop using the Website or the Content. This limitation is a part of the agreement between you and UeventPro.

Limitation of Liability

If, notwithstanding the Disclaimers of the Terms, UeventPro is found to be liable to you for any damage or loss which arises out of or connected with your use of the Website, UeventPro’s liability shall in no event exceed the greater of

(1) the total of any fees with respect to any service provided to you by UeventPro in the six months prior to the date of the initial claim made against UeventPro, or

(2) CAD $200.00

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold UeventPro, its directors, shareholders, officers, employees, agents, predecessors, successors, subsidiaries and affiliates, harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses made against UeventPro by any third party due to or arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website.
